2 Event Details
The basics — what you're celebrating, when, and how big.
Capacity depends on the package you select in Section 3:
• Private Hour Event Rental (Weekday/Weekend) — max 22 people total (children + adults combined).
• TKC SmartPlay Social — max 30 guests (10 children + parents); 2-hour booking covers setup, 90 min party time, and breakdown/cleanup. $400 weekday / $450 weekend. 15-min grace period, then $150/hr overage.

Event length: For private hour rentals, your booked length must include setup and breakdown time . The TKC SmartPlay Social party already includes setup, party time, and breakdown within its 2-hour booking.

$150 first hour • $100 each additional hour
Tuesday–Friday • Max 22 people • Private use of the venue, full SmartPlay access, complimentary coffee bar, parent lounge.
Weekend Private Hour Event Rental
$200 first hour • $125 each additional hour
Saturday & Sunday • Max 22 people • Private use of the venue, full SmartPlay access, complimentary coffee bar, parent lounge.
TKC SmartPlay Social — Weekday PARTY PACKAGE
$400 flat • 2-hour total booking (Tue–Fri)
Up to 30 guests (10 children + parents). 2-hour booking covers setup, 90 min party time, & cleanup/breakdown — all activities must fit within the 2 hours.
TKC SmartPlay Social — Weekend PARTY PACKAGE
$450 flat • 2-hour total booking (Sat–Sun)
Up to 30 guests (10 children + parents). 2-hour booking covers setup, 90 min party time, & cleanup/breakdown — all activities must fit within the 2 hours.
TKC SmartPlay Social — what's included: exclusive SmartPlay Zone access, Play Assistants for hands-on play support and party schedule management, tables & chairs for 10 children, solid color tablecloth, light cleanup & breakdown assistance.
Grace period & overage: A complimentary 15-minute grace period follows the booked time. Additional time is billed at $150 per hour (rounded up to the next full hour).
What guests may bring: outside food (no open flames or active cooking), decor, cake, or dessert. Add-ons available for decor, food, and themed activities — note any requests in Section 8 or contact management for vendor recommendations. Add-ons may change the final price.
